Back to Basics Bikram Yoga Workshop with KY HA
The classes will help you build strength and flexibility in a different way to your regular practice. Warming up and conditioning your body from an alternative perspective to get into your yoga Poses. For those of you who have participate in the Multiple sets classes you may recognise some of the drills.
The drills classes will allow you to be warmed up enough to attempt postures that you may not have though in your reach. These classes are beneficial to every level of practitioner from complete beginner to experienced and teachers. The drills will be adjusted to the level of each individual student, meeting you at your level.
Amrei Workshop Weekend (Bikram Yoga)
Amrei classes embody the philosophy , technique and mental aspects of the Bikram Yoga Practice. Her classes are incredibly popular, drawing on many years of experience as a practitioner, teacher, competition winner and judge of yoga asana championships.
The workshop is an extended class in reduced heat, including individual corrections, demonstrations, refinement of your postures to receive maximum benefits, including specialised injury recovery and pain management. This workshop is beneficial for every level of practitioner from complete beginner to experienced and teachers.
The workshop also incorporates Q&A time so all students in the room are catered for.

Additional Information
Although there’s no minimum level of ability that’s required, in order to fully participate, you should be ready to practice two hot classes per day, plus additional training hours. In other words, you will be expected to arrive with a good level of fitness, but it does not matter what you’re able to do in terms of postures. What matters most is that spending your days doing yoga training is fun and exciting to you, and that you’re up for the challenge. Your willingness to participate, and to take a step forward from wherever you are now, is much more important than your current ability.

Jedi Fight Club
Created by Esak Garcia, Jedi Fight Club is an opportunity for passionate yogis to step into a world of practice that has assisted numerous people in having a more complete and fulfilling experience of yoga. During this 6–day training in Luxembourg, you will learn and practice homework exercises designed to deepen yoga postures, and receive coaching to empower you to adjust your experience when your results are not satisfying. We call it, “Change Your Mind.”
This JFC will be led by Jasmine Nash. Jasmine has been a yoga athlete since 2012, and has trained extensively with Esak Garcia since 2014. Jasmine has attended 22 Jedi Fight Club Trainings and has been a staff member at all eight e84 Trainings. She is the 2019-21 Canadian National champion, and has taught in over 25 countries. The time spent training with a community of passionate yogis is guaranteed to inspire and increase your overall level of excitement for practice.
This JFC is open to yoga athletes and casual practitioners alike. You do not need to have any prior competition experience, or the intention to compete.

6 days of Jedi Training with Jasmine Nash, including Jedi homework, 26&2 classes, Yin, e84 Intermediate classes, and the 84 Asanas class (known as the “advanced class”)

Students are responsible for finding their own accommodation for this training. There are numerous airbnbs and hotels nearby. We will assist you by pairing you with roommates, if wanted.

The easiest airport to fly into is the Luxembourg Airport (LUX)
Plan to arrive October 30 and depart on November 6 anytime. Training will begin in the morning on October 31 and finish late in the day on November 5.

Face Yoga & Gua Sha Workshop
In the beginner’s class Caroline will guide you through 15 faceyoga exercises that will help you to train your whole face: your neck, jawline, chin, mouth, cheeks, under and
upper eye area and forehead. You will get clear instructions and corrections.
(Why only 15? There are hundreds of different faceyoga techniques. In order not to create more tension and more wrinkles a solid foundation and understanding of your
facial muscles is essential.)
You will become more aware of your mimic, release tension, train, sculpt and lift atrophied muscles.
You will also learn how to do gentle gua sha on yourself. Gua sha is an ancient healing technique, originating from China, that will make you feel relaxed and energized at the same time. (Tools and oil will be provided, you can also bring your own)
You will certainly see changes in the mirror but most of all you will feel them.Every face is welcome.
(Written material will be provided after each class.
If you had any Botox or fillers, please wait at least 6 weeks before doing Faceyoga.
For best results please come without makeup and wash your face in the studio)
