The teen sports yoga class is a teen-only class for ages 13-18. Lightly heated it’s a 60 minute hatha yoga class with postures accessible for beginners - but with options provided for more experienced - with emphasis on conditioning and aiming to build strength and develop flexibility at the same time. Through a regular yoga practice, yoga can help with posture, better concentration and calmness through breathing exercises and physical postures and it’s a tool for dealing with stress and anxiety. This special class is a set sequence, but class focus can vary from week to week.
