The classes will help you build strength and flexibility in a different way to your regular practice. Warming up and conditioning your body from an alternative perspective to get into your yoga Poses. For those of you who have participate in the Multiple sets classes you may recognise some of the drills.
The drills classes will allow you to be warmed up enough to attempt postures that you may not have though in your reach. These classes are beneficial to every level of practitioner from complete beginner to experienced and teachers. The drills will be adjusted to the level of each individual student, meeting you at your level.

Additional Information
Although there’s no minimum level of ability that’s required, in order to fully participate, you should be ready to practice two hot classes per day, plus additional training hours. In other words, you will be expected to arrive with a good level of fitness, but it does not matter what you’re able to do in terms of postures. What matters most is that spending your days doing yoga training is fun and exciting to you, and that you’re up for the challenge. Your willingness to participate, and to take a step forward from wherever you are now, is much more important than your current ability.
