In the beginner’s class Caroline will guide you through 15 faceyoga exercises that will help you to train your whole face: your neck, jawline, chin, mouth, cheeks, under and
upper eye area and forehead. You will get clear instructions and corrections.
(Why only 15? There are hundreds of different faceyoga techniques. In order not to create more tension and more wrinkles a solid foundation and understanding of your
facial muscles is essential.)
You will become more aware of your mimic, release tension, train, sculpt and lift atrophied muscles.
You will also learn how to do gentle gua sha on yourself. Gua sha is an ancient healing technique, originating from China, that will make you feel relaxed and energized at the same time. (Tools and oil will be provided, you can also bring your own)
You will certainly see changes in the mirror but most of all you will feel them.Every face is welcome.

If you had any Botox or fillers, please wait at least 6 weeks before doing Faceyoga.
For best results please come without makeup and wash your face in the studio)
