We will be starting off the weekend with Saturday morning, 26&2 Bikram Yoga Class lead by KyHa to get all of us nice and warmed up.
This Class will be followed by a Back to Basics Backbening Workshop that is accessible to all levels of yoga Practitioners.
Backbending is both art and science, best practiced under the supervision of an expert. Come and join international yoga champion and senior Bikram yoga instructor Ky Ha for a backbending and shoulder opening workshop. Learn to open your shoulders and access your upper spine to get the most movement in your backhanding. Learn new techniques and how to use your body’s own strength. Once you have a good understanding of how to move your spine, the sky is the limit! Flexibility is not required.
On Sunday we will start the morning class at 10am with a Back to Basics Hip Opening Workshop.
Having the greatest range of motion in the body, the hip joint has multiple movements. Developing and maintaining a good range of all the hips movements are important to joint health and everyday mobility. Discover these basic movements and ways to improve hip health in this Workshop.
