Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to your regular Bikram practice. During a Yin session, we work deep into the connective tissue of the body, holding gentle postures for longer than we do in a Bikram class. This is a fantastic way to improve your flexibility! We will work deeply into the hips and spine, in reference to the same body parts we use in a Bikram class. You will walk out of Yin Yoga feeling deeply relaxed and restored. This class will be comfortably warm but not hot. Please bring a cushion or an extra towel/ blanket to roll up.
